Richard has recently completed architectural plans for the development of a property requiring extensive renovation. These were undertaken in a timely manner, with clear discussion at all stages of planning and development.Richard listened carefully to our requirements and gave guidance and insight throughout, and thorough explanations of the way around any issues that arose.Richard is highly professional, friendly and easy to communicate with. He keeps us informed via email and text at every stage.He makes available drawings for the structural engineer, building contractor and building inspector.
