We are a charity that is over 100 years old and had a website created at least 20 years ago that was in desperate need of updating. David has shown remarkable patience dealing with user level IT expertise and waiting for decisions from the trustees committee that took weeks rather than days. We have been using Vovi for all our IT Services since 2014 and we can't recommend them highly enough. David is highly knowledgeable and endlessly reliable. Competitive and fair in price, always available in a crisis (a fairly regular occurrence in our office!) and he's quick to respond to calls and emails with a fast resolution. Some IT companies can leave you blind-sighted by jargon but Dave always takes care to break down IT issues to make sure you understand what's going on and what's being done to fix it. We'll be redesigning our website in the next few months and look forward to working with David on this project. If I could give him 6 stars, I would!
