Pyro Fire was asked to come and review our fire doors after concerns from a previous Fire Risk Assessment was carried out. After booking the service I received a pre plan of the work that they were going to carry out which was excellent and covered any question I hard prior to them arriving on site. Erik turned up on time and quickly briefed me on the work he was going to carry out etc. During the day he kept me up to date with the requirements for each fire door on site and explained why it was required. After looking at all 52 fire doors Erik uploaded his information and a few days later I received an in depth report including pictures to show any works required. A few days after the inspection we had our insurance company on site who reviewed the report and commented on great quality of the report I have now booked Pyro to complete the Fire Risk assessment for our Depot in Howden and will await the report from them. A+ service and working for one of the largest food manufacturers in the UK will be promoting Pyro Fire Services.

Pyro Fire recently performed a fire risk assessment at Bentham Town Hall, where I'm the Town Clerk. We are legally required to have a fire risk assessment and have used Pyro Fire in the past.I found the visit very informative and helpful indeed. I now feel like I know what I'm doing in elation to the FRA, but much importantly, I know why, because Pyro took the time to explain everything very thoroughly.I was extremely happy with service the council received, will be using Pyro Fire again in future, and will recommend them to others without hesitation.
