I ordered a large cooler box at short notice yesterday and it was delivered this morning. Cheapest around and fantastic service! So glad I have found this company, I will use them all the time for any camping equipment in the future! Thanks for a speedy service, you've saved a lot of Stella's going warm at the Formula 1 this weekend!

After problems with another supplier of the Dometic ACX3 40G cooler I contact MGD Online, spoke to a very pleasant and helpful gentleman regarding the product. I was given all the info I needed and the purchase was made.MGD were extremely helpful, gave me a date for delivery upon placing my order and gave me the relevant important info on using the product.The day prior to delivery I received messages from both MGD and the delivery company giving me my time slot and the cooler arrived first thing on the specified day.All in all a fantastic service from MGD Online, I would highly recommend them for their first class service.

I ordered a large cool box from this company. Free UK delivery. I entered my delivery address and postcode and still no delivery charges I paid for it and received confirmation of my order. The next day I received a call from someone at MGD telling me I had not paid for delivery. I explained that no charges came up. Then I was told they didn't deliver to islands, I live on UK mainland. He said he wasn't phoning to argue with me just to tell me I had to pay delivery charge. He then went on to say he did not care whether I placed the order or not!! I therefore cancelled my order and I have ordered from elsewhere....cheaper and with free delivery! How rude. Unfortunately I had to award the company 1 star to submit this review.

I do not normally write reviews but in this case I felt I had to, I ordered some replacement patio heater elements which were promptly delivered, unfortunately a couple of the elements were broken, I call the supplier and no quibble sent out the replacements, I did send a picture to show that the outer packaging wasn't damaged and that they were well wrapped, its the fact that there was no argument he just sorted the situation, in todays world this is rare, Thanks for your help I will recommend your site.

I wanted portable Bluetooth speakers for my kids. Found the LG X Boom PK 5 and decided this was perfect. Next finding the right price and MGD came out cheaper than Currys, EBay, Amazon, that was a surprise. I ordered 2 units on 14th November and they were delivered 15th November by DPD. I consider DPD to be amongst the best couple of delivery companies because they give good advance notification. Very happy with my purchase . Now to have look at the rest of MGD online catalogue, they stock a large range of camping/outdoor equipment .

Met Steve and I have to say a very nice Guy. I purchased a greenhouse heater at an absolute bargain price. Took it home and it works perfectly so very pleased indeed. If I could give this business 10 stars I would.

First time i have dealt with this company and how I wish that this experience was the norm. I contacted Steve about the product I was ordering and he changed it slightly to accomodate me. This approach is to be applauded and other traders should take note. How often do others lose a sale because of their unwillingness to be flexible. Product was ordered and dellivered within 24hrs. Hats off to Steve and his staff.

I purchased cool box/freezer from MGD. It was a very fair price, and despite placing my order after 2pm on a bank holiday it arrived the next morning. Excellent service.
