Scott was super helpful and very fast, I called in a panic as my footings were being dug and my neighbour had asked me to get an agreement last minute (I had no idea what one even was!) I called Scott and he explained in full and then made an appointment to come out the next day and take pictures, as soon as my neighbour had consented the documents were sent out to us.
