Love this shop. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Product range is good and reasonably priced. Parking is good. Could find everything I needed. Can't think of any negatives.

Good parking. Quality products at fair prices. Only complaint was waiting time for the till but the lady serving did apologise for the wait. Would return.

I've always considered Dunelm as a 'cheap and cheerful' store, but the truth of the matter is, everything I've ever purchased from them has proved to be a quality item and has gone on to provide years of useful service!

Absolutely love this place, such great choices on most things. Quality items and good prices too especially when they have offers on. Cafe is very good, prices good and excellent variety. Staff deliver excellent customer service here.

Personally shop online and get delivered. Dunelm good for homeware stuff ....agreed. However this store in particular has gone downhill, staff!!! And where?The ones that aren't appalling for whatever reasons are embarrassed of the others. Painful experience. Won't go back

The shop itself is very bright and airy. The range of products is always great as it's both affordable and you can generally find what you want.The cafe is its own animal. I've only been twice and both times have been highly entertaining. The coffee isn't anything to write home about and the chai latte will make you laugh with despair but don't get me wrong. It is fun.

Quite a good shop for bedding and household stuff. It felt a bit stufy as everything is packed in so tightly and the aisles are a bit narrow. Still they do stock an awful lot of good stuff and the café is quite nice.

I visit this shop more often than I should and it is always a pleasure. Last visit, Alison, at the check out, was informative about products, helpful packing, friendly and chatty but efficient to not keep anyone waiting. Thank you.
