IMO Car Wash

We used this car wash regularly for our two cars. A few weeks ago I visited and asked for bog standard Wash 1 for £4.20. Paid by card and said no to a receipt. By chance saw a couple of weeks later I’d been debited £6. Thankfully £1.80 won’t break the bank, but when I queried it on my return today I was told I should’ve queried same day and that nothing can be done. To add insult to injury after using the car wash today I’m now missing my rear wiper guard. I appreciate mistakes happen and would like to think the best of people, but I’d recommend asking for a receipt at this place and not taking them at their word. In my experience, it doesn’t hold much value.

These guys are great for a quick wash. Not the most thorough as is is a machine but fine for day to day cleaning.

Paid for a £30 inside and out valet still came out with sand and stains on the seats and they shrugged when I questioned it.

Went early 8.30 Chose the £10 car wash option . There was bird poo near the roof on passenger side even though it was sprayed and jetwashed before going in it was still on when I got back but brushes had smeared it on the roof also dryers not drying the car properly. Shame it's usually ok

Fast and efficient car wash that I've used a few times now. Rarely have to wait and you pass through the wash system in minutes. Does a fair job of cleaning and drying no apparent swirls or scratches left on the paint work. Worth a quick run around the glass, mirrors and cills after with a microfiber to sweep away the residue. Would recommend this car wash! Even when there is a queue you're through and out in ten minutes.

I went to the carwash this week and it broke my front grill !People there are nice but if you got a similar front do not use it

Went to hoover my car hoover was not good would not hoover all bits off carpet gave up in the end

Used this car wash a few times and it's always excellent. Really reasonable pricing and does the job. Plus, my toddler loves it!

Very expensive for what it is. The pre-wash isnt as thorough these days, especially the guy with the glasses. Area round the mirrors always come out as dirty as when they went in, misses bits and the flaps hanging down just smear it. They should just take them off if they aren't clean or dry, just leave the blower as the final bit.The wheel cleans aren't worth it

No messing about, a quick 4 quid wash and it's done. Have had the more expensive washes but to be honest all looks the same. If you wanna pay high prices then go to a hand car wash for a proper valet but for a good clean and cheap, you can't go wrong.
