Used hoopla for a new boiler. Excellent customer service. Time keeping for quotation and installation extremely punctual. Had some problem with the installation and the electrics in particular. They sent out one of their electricians, Andy. Arriving at 4.50pm and did not leave until all aspects of the installation were running smoothly (after 7.30pm) superb customer service. Excellent service all round by the company and would recommend them 100%.

Excellent advice, friendly and professional at all times, competitive quote. Didn't use as I wanted a Viessmann boiler with full 12 year guarantee and as Hoopla aren't yet a Viessmann approved installer they couldn't offer this. Although I didn't use them, based on my experience with Haydn and the office team I wouldn't hesitate to consider them in the future.

Long overdue boiler replacementTime to find a company as our boiler was on its last legs. We were fortunate to come across Hoopla, a quick call and the booking was sorted. Next day Andy was round to discuss options, and give sound professional advice plus timeframe for start date with quote given there and very competitive compared to other quotes.Come installation day and Andy with Joe were spot on time. Joe completed the installation, leaving everything neat and tidy the old boiler plus all packaging taken away nothing left for us to do.Extremely pleased with the service from the whole team from quote to installation. Including Alice back in the office who was so helpful.Lucky to find such an excellent professional service which is not that easy to come by and would thoroughly recommended them.

Recently had a new boiler fitted by Hoopla. From receiving the quotation through to installation was very satisfied with the service, including good communication with the office, (Alice) during the process. Had a reasonable quote from Hoopla compared to several other companies who were more costly. Would be happy to recommend Hoopla to others and would be confident using their services in the future if required.

Poor value & service for the money.Overall bad experience.Discrepancy in quote & installation.Guarantee of labour installation is not helpful, as I had to call someone else to fix boiler power socket ( which is installed by hoopla ). Apparently they didn’t even install a new socket, reused a dead socket from my own kitchen.

Had three quotes and Hoopla wasn't the cheapest but we got a good feeling for the company through Haydn who did the quote. On the day of the install all went well with Alex doing a great job unfortunately he went down with covid so couldn't complete the job. Not to disappoint Hoopla rearranged their engineers (Joe/Martin)schedule to finish the install. Overcomming an inherent wiring fault to get the system fully functional. Thankyou Andy and Hoopla for the excellent outcome. Would thoroughly recommend Hoopla.

Very professional company, I was very pleased with the communication, transparent pricing and service. Andy and Martin were brilliant. I really liked the real time SMS updates on when the engineer would arrive. At around 5pm a valve under the kitchen sink cracked open and the mains water stop valve wasn't working so water was leaking everywhere. Not ideal but manageable with buckets and sponges. I called Hoopla at the end of the working day and they were still able to come out the next day and replace both the cracked valve and broken stop valve. I don't have any experience with other plumbing companies so haven't got anything to compare it against but I'll be giving Hoopla a call when I have another plumbing emergency!

Great service from Hoopla. Unlike many others they came to the house to do a visit for a boiler installation and quoted on site. As they were on site Andy noticed other bits that needed doing and they still came in well under the likes of BOXT. Installation day was seamless on time and easy, unfortunately a couple o days later hot water went off and they were out in a couple of hours. The no hot water issue wasnt actually related to the boiler installation and was an issue in the airing cupboard again quickly found the issue and had parts on the van to fix and if they hadn't would have gone to the local supplier to get it if needed. Wonderful service in a world full of impersonal service.

Great company and service, did a fantastic job on my radiator installation. Not rushed and reassuringly professional install from this company. Highly recommended.

I have used Hoopla several times at two properties and have always found them to be good. They send regular updates to confirm their appointment and let you know when they are on their way. The engineer was polite, friendly, efficient and tidy.
