One of the best massages I have ever had. The atmosphere is lovely - the massage room was so warm and cosy, with beautiful music and lovely smells. It was impossible not to relax. The massage itself was wonderful and I could tell that my therapist really knew what she was doing as she targeted all of my tense areas. Staff were friendly and professional. I will definitely be going back!

I don’t usually write reviews but this time I have to, I have always been super happy with the service at lossyma spa but few times they have double booked appointments and had to reschedule mine and fine mistakes happen but this time I’m not happy at all I have booked appointment for eyebrow wax one week before the actual appointment and I get a call day before to find out that my appointment can’t happen at the time that I booked for because of emergency which I understand tried to rebook for different time that I was able to do and was told can’t happen because someone else has appointment at this time and they can’t change someone else’s appointment or make them wait 10 minutes so it’s okay to cancel my appointment but it’s not okay for someone else to wait 5-10 minutes, trying to fix this issue I get told she needs to leave it like this as she is getting stressed I’m sorry but I’m this is not professional at all. I will not be returning

I received Eyebrow Threading from the lovely Iqra. As a guy, I was quite worried and it was my first time. But her and the owner, Mariama, calmed my nerves and reassured me that I'll enjoy the process. And indeed they were correct. I love the outcome!The salon is beautiful, clean and the staff are honestly amazing. Would definitely recommend to men and women.

Mariam and the team are all so lovely! They’ve created a welcoming, calming environment and are always so friendly and accommodating. Lossyma’s Spa has been my go to place for waxing, threading, manis/pedis for years and more recently lash lifts too, and would absolutely recommend!

Charismatic and talented staff. Clean and calming venue. I've had a Swedish massage and Shellac nails and would highly recommend both treatments!

I suffer with shoulder/back pain so I decided to treat myself to a massage.The best decision I ever made was choosing Lossyma Spa.What a wonderful experience, great customer service and that was the best massage I have ever had.
