Monster Racking

Excellent quick delivery, the racking was really easy to assemble, and I only had to use the mallet provided, I had the first one up and full of tools inside one hour. It looks and feels sturdy, just what I wanted in my garage to store my tools (or junk, as the wife calls them). The wife is already eyeing a spare shelf to accommodate a wine rack. Well worth the price, recommended.

Bought from before, twice, another purchase.5* product, 5* service, and DHL delivery driver due to travel and fuel Delays deliver my order in a torrential storm at 10.00pm.Fitted out craft room and garage plus 2 workbenches. I have bought other brands and these were slightly cheaper but totally inferior bad quality.Monster racking is easy to assemble, good quality paint, never damaged so fit perfectly.By all means check out others but buy from these guys.

While we've had plenty of issues with the courier used to deliver their products, the Monster customer service guys have always sorted things quickly, courteously and effectively.

Excellent product, used before but just dump Yodel as your carrier. A week late and delivered to the wrong house. They are the worst. Baed on that I can't give the five stars you really deserve. Folks if you are reading this Monster are great but find a better way to get the stuff to your house.

The drawers are useless. A few months of use and one drawer fell out and flew all over the van, the slides were broken and another drawer does not open. OK, I would have warranty, but why would I bother to get new sets of too wimpy slides.The product has been spoiled by using wimpy parts.I took the broken drawer slide and went to a van racking store. Their slides were markedly sturdier and had 10 yaer warranty for loads up to 40 kg. (I'm stocking only fuses, electric installation parts, tape etc. that are not heavy). So I ended up buying their drawers that have the same dimenssions.Monster Racking drawers will go to metal recycling.

The mdf shelves in the racking I ordered last year has now gone mouldy all over and will all have to be thrown out - it is thick with green spores and mould. I spoke to customer services who say their shelves have to be treated by the customer before use. I find this unacceptable, but if you want shelving that you have to treat and mess about before use this is the stuff. The paint has also now started to come off racking I bought from these guys previously as well, showing significant rusting.

Bought a workbench for the garage a week ago. Turned up a couple of days later (I ordered after the cutoff for next day delivery).Seems reasonable quality for the price and easy to assemble. If you intend to do anything other than light work, you will need to replace the work surface with something more substantial as the 9mm provided sheet is more suitable as a shelf than a work surface.Don't forget to seal the MDF as moisture will destroy it but don't bother buying specific MDF sealer. I did (from another retailer) and it turns out to be diluted PVA glue which I could have mixed up myself.They lost one star for not including the thickness of the MDF on their website - however, it is listed on their eBay advert

I ordered a log splitter it arrived 2 days later . Unfortunately it was damaged . I rang to explain and sent pictures . They collected it the day after . A new log splitter was then dispatched . Arrived 3 days later . Not damaged and been happily splitting logs since . Would defo not hesitate to deal with monster racking again . Everyone was very helpful . Excellent communication . Well done . Hence 5 stars

As with previous orders, the product is as described and priced competitively with free P&P plus speedy delivery. Nothing to add except excellent service and thank you, I will certainly recommend you and use you again.
