Superb shop and sampling room. Very knowledgeable, attentive and welcoming staff. Everyone I spoke with in the sampling room said the same thing.The humidor is well stocked with a great range of Cuban and New World cigars. Prices are the best you'll find in and around London.Absolute must visit if you have an hour or two (or more!) to spare.

Lovely location, the staff were very friendly shame one of them is leaving. The people coming in and smoking cigars were all very friendly. I was expecting to be there for a maximum of 2 hours as that was the length of my parking ticket, but I ended up extending it 3 times! Definitely will come back.

I visited today, having spoken to Justin last week regarding the purchase of some cigars for our wedding. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain, the differences & answered all the questions I had. Customer service was great & friendly! I highly recommend Justin. He knows his stuff!

It's been a few years since I've been here (moved out of the area), and the shop and lounge look INCREDIBLE!! Very friendly staff, lovely stock of New World and Cuban cigars, and the quality has always been superb.Will definitely be visiting here again more often now I'm back in the area!
