I recently attended a 5 day retreat hosted by Amy. She is a wonderful yoga instructor and the massage was so healing. Amy has a lovely energy and her expertise really shows in both areas.

Genuinely the best massage I’ve ever had. Amy knows more about the body and what it needs than anyone else. Such a welcoming environment and person. My body is thankful for Amys skills. It was the most relaxing amazing experience. Highly recommend. Also the best yoga instructor and having been on retreat with Amy, I think she’s the best yoga teacher out there

I had the most amazing massage experience with Amy! Her skill is truly world class and her intuitive understanding of exactly where my tension and knots were are incredible.. It really felt like she had a magical touch, as she effortlessly worked out all the knots and left me feeling completely at ease. I can't wait to book another session!

I know Amy from being a student at her excellent yoga classes, which help in conjunction with her massages to keep my old and bad back in check. Without the very professional and knowledgeable help of Amy I would be in permanent agony due to a slipped disc and nerve damage. Thanks for all your help Amy it is very much appreciated..

Over the last 6 years or so I’ve been a guest and karma yogi on yoga retreats led by Amy. Each experience has been amazing from her yoga teaching, creating great retreat atmospheres even with tricky guests to leading walks & adventures. Thoroughly recommend her as a yoga teacher, retreat and adventure leader.
