Worst place to get your nails done. I am simply using my partner’s account to leave a review. I went in there last night for the first time and they took me in. I wanted to get my nails done before I go to Dubai. The whole process was rushed because they kept telling me they were hungry and tired which obviously made me feel very awkward. I told them that I could come back in again tomorrow if it’s too late to get my nails done and if they’re too tired. But they said no, it’s fine. I was recommended to go to Emma here as she’s apparently the best, but I felt Emma was being impatient and horrible towards me. They were very aggressive with my nails and I suffered cuts and bleeding because of the lack of patience on their part. I requested them to keep my nails short and add some burgundy designs on the tip of my nails. Daniel was getting really agitated with me and kept saying “you want short but nice nails so how can I do that for you?!” It is clear he didn’t want to put in the efforts to make my nails short. He passed me onto Emma. Then Emma was dealing with me but kept saying “my hands are shaking and it would be easier if you just go for full colour on your nails”. She didn't even bother doing any designs on my tips that I initially asked for and she passed me back to Daniel. Emma showed Daniel a picture of a set of nails with very simple design on the tips. Daniel just done the exact same design Emma showed him, instead of listening to me. I felt I could not voice my opinion. See picture below. Emma charged me full £7 for this simple “art design” which I did not want, plus £30. I am extremely disappointed at their service and won’t be going back in there again. My nails look ugly and I have to go to another nail salon to remove these. This place might work for regular customers but I think the service is horrible for new customers.There are plenty of other good nail bars in Glasgow and Motherwell. Don’t waste your time going here and most importantly, your money.

I come here whenever I want to get acrylic nails done and they always do an amazing job. They’ll do walk in appointments and all at an affordable price.

Fantastic, flexible service with great prices. They really know their stuff & can have you all done & out in under 45min for a full set or 30min for in-fills!

I’ve made this place my nail home in Edinburgh. They are quick, efficient, no frills, and amazing value. I have been twice so far for two different acrylic sets, and they have turned out perfectly and held up well in the weeks afterwards. They have a large range of colours, and though I have always booked in advance, I’ve seen a lot of people come in for walk ins and be seen to within 10 minutes. Could not recommend more, and I am going back for infills next week!

Best nails in Edinburgh. I’ve been a client for 4 years already. I moved out the city and can’t find anything as good as Emma and her team. I’ll make a special trip to see them. They work on appointments, but also walk ins that never wait more than 10-15 min.

Quick, professional, friendly, reasonably priced and beautiful work, what more could you ask for?! I walked in without an appointment and walked out with the coolest nails I've ever had!
