today 24 May 2023 went to Tropical Exotics to buy a tortoise .could not have had better advice or service , customer service is second to none , at lot of company's need to take a leaf out of tropical exotics customer service. not only did we buy a tortoise we also purchased the table and the owner is going to put it all together and deliver it . what excellent customer service , this company can only go from strength too strength with service like this . give them a try folks you wont be disapointed. Once again many thanks and will visit again for supplies.

Great place, lovely staff, a wide range of exotic pets for sale, easy parking, was shopping for items for my Tortoise Buddy and found out they have facilities to look after exotic pets, so booked him in to stay for a week whilst we were away, well looked after, a happy and content Buddy when we picked him up, highly recommend ❤️

Fantastic place only small but offers a vast selection of exotic reptiles . Very helpful staff especially the young boy who advised our grandson on the needs of the frogs he was thinking of getting
