Worst customer service I have ever accounted. Went to pick my car up and wanted to pay my bill in cash. The gentlemen replied I have no change sorry. I will have to go to the shop. I replied I have a hospital appointment in 40 minutes this is ridiculous. To which he laughed and said yes it is. I find him to be very rude and quite aggressive. Avoid at all costs don't make the same mistake as me. Terrible customer service!!!

The boys at Ashley 4x4 managed to do cambelt/water pump and rear diff bearings all in one day plus offer a courtesy car. Price was better than quoted elsewhere as well. Will be using them again.

Great Garage & Great ServiceWe broke down in Stafford on our way to begin our holiday in Italy - travelling to the Channel Tunnel - we were rescued by the RAC who diagnosed the problem & spoke to the Garage who had the part & could replace it immediately. We arrived here - the guys were all friendly & helpful - the diagnosis was confirmed & within 45 minutes we were back on our journey. A fantastic service which we are really grateful for. We have no hesitation in recommending this Garage.

Just had rear diff bearing, rear pads / discs, and fluids in gearbox, engine etc sorted on my freelander 2. Very good friendly service with helpful explanation of work needed. Very fair price. Will be using for all my Landrover needs in future
