This store is hurendus. Can't believe the poor quality of the three peice suite they provided. I was sold a leather suite by wendy who informed me that it was leather 100%. She stated ...it is clearly not it is leather facing meening its part leather but the bulk of it is vinal. And this was confirmed by an expert in the he upholstery business.i have a complaint going through and have the support of a advice center.please be aware of being mis advised by this company ..if the owner would like to discuss the situation please do get in touch.. they're invisibleIn response to your reply why won't you resolve the problems instead of burrying your head in the sand

Very friendly & helpful, looked after us well. Quality of furniture is excellent, no problems, the delivery drivers were careful when bringing the items into our house. Very satisfied with the whole experience. From L&M Donoghue.

Visited shop today to look for a number of items for a new home for my Son and girlfriend and were very impressed with the range and quality of products. Wendy was so helpful and friendly, no need to look anywhere else, thanks Wendy.

I visited the store on Saturday and it was brilliant. I'd always looked through the window and thought it too posh but on entering I found the goods were affordable. The staff were outstanding and made you feel so at ease. I wanted the only one left on show I gained a discount! Paid Wow wow and wow l would highly recommend the goods on sale as superior quality and the 2 staff members Wendy who advised and helped me with my needs was so patient with me abd Steve who looked after me on her day off. Naturally I was a bit of a nuisance but they put up with me and made me feel comfortable at all times. Ps delivery same day as my final visit by 2.smashing guysguys.

Avoid this company, they are liars. We paid for our furniture, we were given delivery dates after the store manager told us that they were ready for delivery.On the day of the supposed delivery, we receive a call from them... Delivery not possible. Reasons: 1. The dining was the wrong colour and 2. Sofas we're stuck in Russia (hahaha)We asked for a refund because we were in dire need of the sofa for our new home. We already disposed our old ones with the hope of the new one.We were told to wait (with no target date for delivery)We had to go for a ready-made one from another store.We asked for our refund and went through hell. It became something we took up legally.Please refrain

My 2 couches arrived on Tuesday, 2 weeks earlier than expected. I absolutely love them, so well made, and comfortable, just what I wanted. The lady set my expectations from the offset and told me they would take 6-8 weeks as they are made to order locally, even offering to them store them for me at no extra cost as we had builders in. She could not have been more helpful, and was not a pushy sales person which I hate, she let us browse in our own time, but was straight there when we wanted some questions asked. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience friendly people good stock at good prices. We were let down by a company on the run up to Christmas we had a room cleared no sofas ready for our delivery which did not turn up from the company we ordered from. We manged to hit lucky with a model from here that was being sold off no wait same day sofa let us pick it up our selves. Really good quality comfortable sofa and chair which the staff could not help us more with they went out of their way and really have saved Christmas for us, thought we would all be sitting on cardboard boxes on Christmas morning. Obviously most of their furniture has an order and wait time like with all furniture companies, we hit on lucky with the one in the shop. But the service recieved and quality of goods from here will be second to none I highly recommend them to anyone.

We purchased one 3- seater manual reclining sofa, one single-seater electric reclining sofa and a set of dining table with 6 chairs from your store in 30/10/2021.At the time of purchase, we were advised by the store representative that all the products would be ready for delivery between March and April, 2022. As am writing this review the all the furniture has not been delivered nor the money refunded
