What a wonderful shop and service. I’d visiting this shop a while back when we were trying to get dad to give in to getting a mobility scooter at the time we were looking for one that fitted in his car as he was still driving. They were so helpful explaining the different options. I left thinking I’d return once I’d convinced my dad. It was months later that I returned but now dad was not driving so needed a larger Mobility scooter. I walked through the door and the perfect one was right there. Jason and David both gave me a warm welcome. It was the dearest scooter in the shop and although I knew it was the one I wanted they again showed me all my options with cheaper models which I thought was lovely. There is no hard sell, just laid back helpful service. They know their stuff and we’re so helpful. The scooter was ordered and arrived quickly. David brought it to my dad’s and the entire experience was lovely, dad is 88 and was guttered to be giving his driving license up but David made the whole change of lifestyle a very positive one. He took his time to show dad everything on it and we all had a great laugh. Through no fault of there’s, there was a manufacturing problem on the cover and again straight away this was sorted hassle free. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to bu any Mobility aids now as they really deserve the business. Thanks to the girl on reception too who helped me find a serial number on the scooter again so helpful. You all make a great team, great quality products and price couldn’t recommend you more highly. Thank you so much for giving dad his independence back again. Much love Nicky and Ted xx

I like to give credit where it's due. David and his team were so helpful when the remote on my recliner chair stopped working. They could have told me to toss it into the bin and buy a new one. Much easier and more profitable for them. Instead they took the trouble to check out the remote, find out what was wrong, and manage to fix it. In doing so they saved me quite a lot of money.Not good business? Maybe not in the short term. However they have gained a very appreciative customer who is going to spread the word to all my (mostly elderly) friends that this is a business which puts its customers' needs before short-term profit. Who will put themselves out to help put things right.To anyone who needs healthcare or disability aids I'm sure that you will get the best service possible at Elite.

I have deleted my previous review, I am hoping that this review is received in a more appropriate way, Bought a Rise and Recline Chair for my wife Gina, we were advised by sales to buy a chair to carry 40stone mans my wife was just 1 stone over lower weight, it cast us an awful lot more than it should have, when it arrived it was really uncomfortable, I spoke to Elite about this, they were very neutral in their comments to me, they DID NOT as stated organise its collection and return to the factory as stated, I rang Rise and Recline in Nottingham, they spoke to Elite and organised the chairs return to the factory! The factory removed the original seat padding and replaced it with softer padding, which made the comfort levels even worse, it should have had increased padding, based on our original feedback! This was not a good buy on our part, we do not feel that Elite were sufficiently cognicent of our problem and although I didn't speak with David personally, I cannot in fairness see me returning as a customer to Elite

Visited this shop to day with regards information about a smaller scooter to fit in my car with out loosing two pasenger seats .On speaking to the lovely young lady she gave us her undivided attention with out the hard sell . On this ocasion we did not purchase any thing But came away with knowledge of scooters and Rollaters Will not hesitate to visit the shop to purchase in the near future

This is a great family run shop with a fantastic range of mobility aids.The service I received was friendly and professional.I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for any type of mobility equipment from a walking stick to a scooter.
