Myself and my wife found Colin very easy to manage. He was so helpful getting our drawings etc done and guiding us through an unknown process for us. Laterally, helping get a completion certificate and again guiding us through this. Really couldn’t recommend him enough.

First time doing any type of home improvements. Contacted Colin who came out and talked us through the process and requirements. Prepared the plans promptly and was available to answer my many questions without complaint. Dealt with the council on our behalf and all permissions and paperwork sorted without no hassle at all. He also recommended a structural engineer and this was incorporated into the whole process seamlessly. Colin is a cracking guy to work with and would definitely use him in the future for any further home improvements.

Colin dealt with a late completion certificate for some previous building work in my house. He dealt with all the necessary submissions and three months later all sorted with minimum fuss. Definitely recommend.

I contacted Colin for advice on some alterations to my home I was considering. He replied to me to arrange a visit very promptly and sent a quote for works as promised. When engaged I found him to be very helpful and approachable and supplied drawings etc on time He was always happy to answer any questions i had (no matter how daft they were!) From engaging his services to getting the appropriate Council warrant all went very smoothly - Id have no hesitation in recommending Colin to anyone looking for architect services.

Colin was recommended to me by a neighbour who had used his services and I was not disappointed. Colin wasted no time in contacting me back to discuss what I was looking for. Turned up on time, gave me great guidance and options as I have never underwent a project like this before so trusted him completely. Colin was very efficient and constantly kept me updated, took care of all the required paperwork which was submitted and returned with granted permission form the council within 24 hours making it a stress free process. Used Colin (The Home Architect) to apply for a late Building Warrant as we were planning on selling our house. Speed was of the essence and Colin went out of his way to turn the drawings around very quickly. Drawings submitted and absolutely no issues - Building Warrant issued without any problems. I would highly recommend The Home Architect and would not hesitate to use them again.
