My son purchased a car from Motiva, excellent condition, low mileage, good price. Warren the salesman was, polite, professional and reserved the car without any pressure to buy until my son decided, he's very pleased with his new car thank you.

Cannot recommend Motiva Direct enough! I was apprehensive about buying my first car as I had no idea where to begin. I found a car I was interested in via auto trader that took me to Motiva. Once I started conversing with Warren it was the most smooth and simple process. No big flashy sales pitches or pressure selling. Simply provided me with the information I was looking for (pretty much everything was already on the website!). Once I decided to buy the car, it was serviced, MOT'd, taxed and came with a warranty at no extra cost. The car was in such great condition and at such a good price. No hidden nasty surprises. What you saw was what you got (with some pleasant bonuses!). So happy with my car, and the service I received.

Saw this beauty on auto trader and in less than 24 hours, I was viewing the car in person. It was very easy to arrange and even easier to purchase. The car was very well looked after, very reasonably priced, the staff and Warren were very friendly and polite. I never once felt pressured into buying the car and was given all the information I needed/wanted to know. Loved my experience with this company and love my new car even more! Found a car I was interested in but, being in Bristol, was unable to go and look. Warren was really helpful - sending me additional pictures and a video as well as answering any questions I had. Travelled to Kidsgrove on the train (with my bike) and Andy at Motiva ensured the sale went through smoothly and was extremely patient-as I took my time! Was able to drive the car back and very pleased with it 3 weeks in. Would recommend checking out their stock wherever you are in the country.

A+++ Really relaxed car buying experience with zero pressure! Warren responded within 24 hours to my enquiry and sent me videos and photos of the car. I was travelling from far by train to see the car, so Warren picked me up from the train station.He left the keys with me and allowed me to inspect the car at my own pace on my own. He also said to take it for a test drive whenever I'm ready on my own which was nice as it gave me a chance to listen to any possible noises without someone talking in my ear.The sales transaction was easy and Warren kindly allowed me time to sort my insurance out in his office.I left a happy customer and hopefully enjoy many years with this car.Thanks Warren

My partner found the Motiva Direct website when we were looking for a specific model and colour of Nissan Leaf.They happened to have exactly what we wanted and just over a year old for a very reasonable price.From the first contact with Warren until the day I collected the car, everything was absolutely perfect.Communications were all friendly yet professional. Warren was never pushy at all and answered any questions I had fully and very promptly.The quality of the car and the way it has been prepared makes it feel like a brand new car.We live 200 Miles from their location in Stoke on Trent but I'm so glad I decided to collect the car in person rather than have it delivered. I would otherwise have missed the chance to see how immaculate their facility is and how well turned out every car in their stock is.They clearly take great pride in doing what they do extremely well and they simply will not sell a car which doesn't come up to their high standards.I would have no reservations in recommending Motiva Direct to anyone looking for a top quality car at a very reasonable price.

The sale experience here went along the lines of “Hello, I would like to buy this car.” “Great, it’s this much.” “Okay, here’s my car and some money.” “Thanks. Bye!” which, frankly was the excellent nonsense-free experience I didn’t know I wanted. Better still, Warren worked to turn the deal around in one day which meant I didn’t have to shuttle up and down the motorway unnecessarily. The car does what I need it to do, and I’m leaving this review well over a month since buying from Warren as a few minor issues that cropped up were rectified with no fuss whatsoever.
