Being a first time buyer I was nervous going into the process but from the moment we contacted Hamptons to arrange a viewing the team was a delight to work with. I believe estate agents are given a bad rep as Mark was honest and helped manage our expectations from the get go giving us guidance throughout. During the entire process Mark stayed in constant contact touching base weekly with us (I will miss our calls) and the vendor which made the process a less anxious experience than I thought it would be. Mark even saved the day (and our future home) when we had a problem with our mortgage offer and he put us in contact with a mortgage advisor who was able to smooth everything out. We have now been in our new home for a week and will be eternally grateful to Hamptons Whetstone, especially Mark.

Excellent service from Hamptons sales team. My initial meeting was with Nicky, and Mark Goss mainly led the sale process, but the whole team was professional and knowledgeable. They have a very rigorous process for taking offers, so makes the seller feel much more secure throughout the sale process.
