United Carpets sold and fitted carpet for two bedrooms and laminate for a study.We had all the options explained thoroughly and were able to pick choices that suited us, saving money on some things, indulging on others.Fitting was excellent, with good communication from Peter in advance and a quick, efficient, tidy installation.Thanks all.(Photos are from before the tidy-up)

Great experience from start to finish. No pushy sales, simple ordering process, no long waiting time and the couple of fitters that completed our almost full house refit were no hassle at all to have around, far from it. I will certainly use United carpets and beds again in the future

Wonderful service. Steven helped me work out what size roll end I needed, and the fitter was absolutely great too - he even made friends with my two little nervous rescue dogs. The carpet looks really good now it's down, and I'll certainly be back next time.

Great professional service both in store and in home. We have used United for carpet a number of times over the years and they have a great range of quality carpets. The fitters always go above and beyond to make sure you get the best quality job. We can’t recommend highly enough. We would never consider using anyone else for our carpet needs.

We just had our whole house carpeted/vinyl fitted and it’s perfect. It’s made the building into a home. We moved long distance and they were helpful and understanding. The shop staff helped us choose our flooring to make sure it was right for our needs and home, they also helped us choose flooring that was in stock ready so that we could get it fitted asap. The fitter was very polite, worked through it very fast but still did a very professional job, didn’t mind the chaos of us just moving and having boxes everywhere etc. It looks great, we’re really pleased. We’ll definitely come back should we ever need more flooring! Highly recommend - made our house move much less stressful!

Went into the shop and picked out the colours we liked. They helped us with our bedroom measurements and sent someone around to measure our stairs to make sure it was correct. We had one guy come out and fit the bedroom and he did a great job. Two different guys came back to do the stairs and it looks superb. Really pleased with the quality and service. I'll definitely be going back for the rest of my flooring.
