Last week I visited Inchcape Shrewsbury to view a car and went on to complete a purchase, with collection the next day. Michelle the sales person, was highly approachable, professional, open and pragmatic in her approach. She ensured that all my questions relating to the vehicle were promptly and concisely dealt with and provided me with a test drive. She laid out the purchase process clearly and conducted the sales negotiation/transaction in a manner which inspired confidence and throughout was open and transparent.She also called the day after collection to address any questions and tie up any loose ends.All in all a very positive experience!

I was looked after by Ms. Caroline. She was excellent in her communication skills. Made me feel very welcome. Kept me updated while I waited for my car's service. Once the report was ready, the explained technical matters that were not obvious to me very clearly and patiently discussed the range of options available to me in sorting the issues. Very grateful to her.

Ellen Davies was very nice, helpful and efficient.The self check-in email was a nightmare and very irritating. It was purely a sales pitch for extras. It was also confusing as if one is sending ones car for a service it is expected that the workshop knows what needs to be done.

Exceptional service from Caroline for the second time for me..first time providing me with a courtesy car at the very last minute so I wasn’t stranded all day at the dealership with my daughter, second time getting my car in for a speedy windscreen wiper replacement instead of having to leave the car in all day and then on collection finding my car spotlessly clean too! Brilliant customer service..thanks Caroline!

Used the parts department, as we had a problem with the car key. We were greeted by a very friendly chap, who solved the issue in minutes. Along with some great advice. All in all, a very pleasant experience. Good job Inchcape.

Professional yet friendly service from Michelle when buying my new car. Never felt pressurised and was kept fully informed all through the process. Also some lovely small touches - like the car having petrol in on collection- which make such a difference and make you feel valued,

Overall I can say - Absolutely great service and customer care from the team. Car came back not only fixed but looking lovely (went in looking like I drove through a field).I especially want to single out a lovely lady named Caroline really looked after me and made sure I knew what exactly what was happening at each stage with my car. She really took time to make sure I understood everything. Amazing customer service. Thank you.

Contacted the dealership about a car advertised on the site. Spoke to Michelle who was very helpful and efficient. She took me though all of the details and offers around the car. Sorted out the paperwork and talked me though the whole process. I am very happy with the whole process and am looking forward to picking up the car. Many thanks

I was a very nervous 70 year old driver seeking to replace a much-loved car after twenty years of good service. To say that I was lost looking at modern cars would be an understatement. I was looking at all makes of small car. Without Michelle Grant I would not have been able to buy a fresh car. Michelle was everything I thought a salesperson could never be. She listened to my needs, empathized with my worries and was endlessly patient listening to my questions. Not once was I inundated with technical details and specifications, which would have horrified me. She knew that. Everything was explained clearly, with polite nudge when I was about to flee the whole process. I was comforted with hot chocolate and biscuits when the going got tough. Finally, I am happy that Michelle will give me after sales support when the 250 page driver's manual leads me to suicidal thoughts. It was great for me to discover that Inchcape through salespeople like Michelle can connect with the older female market, whose purchasing potential is often ignored. Michelle gets a 6 star rating from me (if that is possible) and I will return to Inchcape Shrewsbury in due course and recommend the premises to my large circle of older female drivers.
