I've been learning the piano for nearly two years. I've been impressed with both the professional and friendly approach Mark has. He always makes you feel welcome and the premises is both clean with top end equipment used. He is clearly passionate about music and is always enthusiastic to help others. He would be the only person I would recommend to others to learn piano.

I have been going to the Westcliff Music Academy for more than 3 years. During that time I have been having digital piano lessons with Mark Cadey, who is also the owner. I love my lessons and Mark is a fantastic teacher. He is always very encouraging and has given me the confidence to push myself outside my comfort zone. I would highly recommend the Westcliff Music Academy - it’s a great place to learn.

Been going for almost a year now and on book 1 really enjoying every minute.Mark is a great teacher, very patient and helpful at every tricky or complicated part of the lessons helping you where it’s needed and concentrating on making you a better pianist. I’m 44 & have never played the piano before - or any musical instrument. Mark at Westcliff Music Academy is an excellent teacher & I’ve actually managed to learn a few songs! It’s a great hobby & fantastic skill to learn. I’d definitely recommend this school xx

I’ve been having piano lessons with Mark for a few years now, having learnt a bit when I was younger. He’s completely reignited my love for it and now my eight year daughter also goes and loves it too. Very fun, friendly, and patient tuition. Highly recommend.

Thoroughly recommended. Two of my children have weekly lessons with Mark and they are both making excellent progress. In particular, my son's confidence and enjoyment have transformed since he stopped after-school lessons and switched to the Westcliff Music Academy -- and this has translated into much improved technical skills and music-reading ability too.

My daughter has been taking piano/keyboard lessons for around 14 months now. I am astounded with her progress. Mark has made my daughter feel so comfortable with his friendly but professional approach. Can’t recommend WMA enough.

We bought our 9 year old daughter music lessons for Christmas as she loved tinkering on our piano at home. It was the best decision, she now goes every week and loves learning from the work book Mark has given her. The tuition is excellent and I would recommend to anyone thinking of taking up lessons.

I started piano lessons with Mark a few months ago and have really enjoyed my time. Mark is a great teacher, very patient and a genuinely good guy. I always look forward to my lessons with him as we always have a laugh.I didn't know how to read music or play piano and with his tutoring I have made real progress. Highly recommended.

Westcliff Music Academy
Started my 12 year daughter with keyboard lessons at the Westcliff Music Academy towards the end of last year and she has made excellent progress and has been enthused from the start. The tuition offered by Mark combines both piano and keyboard styles taught in way that really encourages and inspires. With youngsters especially, it can be so easy to put them off with lessons that are a bit monotonous and staid but these classes I believe are a great way too encourage all, young and old, to practice and progress in an enjoyable way. I highly recommend.
