Thank you Matt I booked you out of the blue to valet my Rav 4 which was thick with dog hair which you quoted me without seeing the depth of cleaning needed...you looked at the car and kept to your original quote I was so impressed by your integrity and you started work ....3 hours later you invited me to inspect your workmanship I was blown out by the very high standard of your work in very difficult weather conditions which included very high winds with driving rain and sleet you were still not happy and ensured there were no dog hairs left in the car what a very excellent service you gave me and in return I give you a very rare 5 star award ....Thank you Matt I very willingly paid you to the top of your quote and look forward to your next visit you are a credit to your adopted vocationBob Ellis
