As a new dealer to Topgear Tuning, I have to say my first impressions are positive. From initial contact with Tony to onboarding and training with Ciaran and Dan, the team have been supportive and professional. I'm looking forward to our joint success as I grow my brand, Optimal Performance.

Contacted Topgear tuning regarding re mapping my Range Rover Velar D240. Staff there are very knowledgeable and professional. Appointment made over the phone for the following week.Upon arrival I was met by the member of staff who was going to be doing the work. He took me to a waiting area and explained how long it might take to complete it.As it was the car was completed within 45 minutes. Great improvements in BHP and torque. My car is much more responsive and sounds sweeter.Can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend them.More than likely taking my other half’s evoque there to be re mapped.

Very happy so far with online service for car remaping.Quick response from support team. File turnover easy going in 10minutes.

I had my BMW 1 Series remapped at TopGear Tuning this morning and I am extremely pleased with the results. My car is now even more fun to drive (and probably more fuel efficient). Outstanding customer service, specialist staff with deep expertise, and fantastic prices. I can't recommend enough.

I've been a sub dealer for Top Gear for over 4 years now! And never looked back, quality of tuning files is top bar, the support team is brilliant even tho at times they can be a little slow to respond, but it's understandable considering the size of their subdealer network, but they keep on top well! Absolutely diabolical service from this company. I placed an order online, for renewal of kess2 subscription. The price of the order was £1620.00, not insignificant. After initial delays and unfulfilled promises, I was told my order could not be fulfilled. At this point (now some 3 months ago) I requested a refund and have had zero contact since. I repeated my request several times.I would not recommend this company.

Contacted TGT as my car was too loud, it had a Res delete that just droned really badly. Matt spent ages messaging back and forth as I'm so awkward and fussy, but he never got fed up, today they fitted a full custom built catback sport's exhaust with smaller boxes to give me that deep sound I was after but without the drone, extremely knowledgeable, friendly guy, cannot fault him at all. I'm over the moon with how my car sounds now, he understood exactly what I was looking for, and provided it with absolutely no fuss! Cannot recommend him highly enough

The best tuners in the UK by far! I have had a few cars done by Dan and his team over the years but the last one OMG! My S 350 is an absolute beast after they were done, my tuners forever! Keep it going lads, brilliant!
