Ordsall Health Surgery

I've been with them since 2015 and have only had positive experiences. The staff in reception are always approachable and accomodating. I would particularly like to thank Dr Coulson for helping me. She is incredibly kind, personable and explains things very clearly.

Left me with no way to access repeat prescription or access to my medicines. Offered no assistance. Dangerous disregard for their patients.I said I was looking to move house and from that conversation alone they dropped me from their system and stopped me getting access to a repeat prescription, I am only 1/3 of the way through the course so this seems quite dangerous. Their only response was you will need to register elsewhere now to access your medicine. Feel completely abandoned and let down.

Anyone who does not know English and does not know how to use the Internet is sentenced to death, they have closed all the usual access to the doctor.Anytime you go to GP, no one does anything useful. At least what they have to do, which is admitting patients, they say, go and do it online. These 6 people are getting paid for just saying go online and book a doctor's appointment . Thoughtless rules and only for the freedom and comfort of GP personnel. This is awful

Best GP practice I’ve had by far. Easy to get through to them on the phone, no stupidly long wait, staff always friendly (when I know it’s not always easy), always manage to find me an appointment when I need one, my prescriptions are always on time and my GP Dr Adams is fab!

Very bad experience with this GP and this isn't for the first time.I requested a letter from doctor for my uni as I was very ill for 12 days and couldn't stand up. They only wanted to give me an exempt for one day. It's like I asked for their wage. Eventually they would give me the letter 6 weeks after I requested it. Even though I was paying £15 for the letter.Still they didn't want to write the dates I needed. Very useless and I don't see the reason for them being so much against us.Then we have been waiting for an appointment for 4 months. My partner is in excruciating pain and they couldn't give us an urgent scan appointment.I'm very concerned to approach this ordasall Surgery for anything.

It’s the most Terrible GP !!!1) always make mistake2) every staff give you different answer even you ask the same question3) prescription is always wrong, they always give you the wrong one or wrong quantity , Never, it’s Never, they never correct . None .Please imagine if you don’t check and eat the wrong medicine, you might die.You have to spend lots of time to visit them as you can’t give you the correct prescription at once , if you need to work on workday and daytime, please DO NOT visit this GP.

Dodge dentist I believe charge me appointment fee but didn’t serve also refuse to refund
