The service was excellent, and the gentleman was super helpful and informative, I got a piece of jewellery engraved, and it came out perfectly, the standard of engraving is incredible, and for an amazing price. Not to mention that it was engraved in less than 24 hours and was ready for collection the next morning. I couldn't recommend this place more!

The alterations I asked for were done to a good standard, and I was happy with the price.Just found the owner to be quite abrupt.First time I called in the shop was empty apart from a lady cleaning the display cabinets. After standing there for a few minutes she said he would be back soon, just gone to get his lunch. He eventually came back with his food, no apologies for keeping me waiting, just asked what I wanted. His manner is quite abrupt and unfriendly. I thought, maybe he's just having a bad day, can happen to anyone.Anyway, when I returned to get my items he was even worse.... even the other customer in the shop was shocked at how he speaks to his customers.As I say, he did a good job, for a fair price but I won't be returning, seems like every time I attempt to give him my money I just put him in a bad mood.Maybe he just didn't like ME for some reason, who knows, I've never met him before and don't intend to meet him again.

Popped in a little while back to get some keys done. Spoke to owner on phone, but upon arrival another chap served me. He was very down to earth and wasn't awkward, and clearly enjoyed his job, overall contributed to the positive experience. Very reasonable price as well.Would recommend over what else there is to offer in Boston.
