Very easy booking experience on the website and very good value parking close to the station. (£28 for 4 days).Took 1 1/2 hours on the train to Gatwick Airport.didn’t read the other reviews about regular car break ins and damage before I booked or I never would have taken the chance. It looks like I was lucky!I must say the the responses from the company about cars being broken into are a disgrace so I have reduced my overall review to 3 stars although my personal experience was a very lucky 5 stars.

Car smashed in when I returned to it at end of the day. Car was directly in line with cctv. Police attended. At least 4 other cars in same condition yet to be discovered by their owners. I will not be parking there again. I would not even feel safe walking to my car there again now.

Car chargers are free, which is great but they are always in use. I wish there were more of them.The day parking runs from 4am to 4am so remember that buying a days parking won't give you 24 hours and if you are arriving at 3:30 am then you need to buy 2 days parking.

It's supposed to be a CCTV car park, but when got back, found my car with tyres with screws in them, intentionaly on the side wall so I had to buy new tyres. It's a joke that this happens!!!!

I had a horrendous time trying to pay for parking using the QR code, no sign of any alternative means to pay. How are elderly or disabled visitors, or those without smart phones expected to manage?There are phishing pop ups that appear when you use the QR code - and people in a hurry to catch a train are prime targets.

Parked here previously while doing some work in Luton last year and was happy with the site. Read a few reviews about issues parking here. I left my van over a long weekend and got the DART to the airport. I pre booked but didn't get a confirmation email, so I was worried about being fined when I parked. Emailed APCOA customer services and got a we will reply in 5 day email! Thankfully, they replied within 24hr working hours and confirmed my booking. Parked van doors close to a wall and near a cctv camera being cautious. No issues, happy camper.

Parked here on Thursday 02nd December for a long weekend down in London. Got a notification from Volvo that my car alarm had gone off Friday morning. Despite the car park having both my email and phone number from my booking, nobody contacted me to say that my car had been broken into in their apparently secure" car park. Not a bargain, I did not realised rail is thieving £4.90 for the airport transfer one way and coming back ticket doesn't open two sets of gates. Bring back the bus!!! It was twice cheaper!!
