Sam Neezer Dog Training & Behaviour

I have known Sami for a while. The group training sessions he organizes are incredible where he teaches our dogs to socialize and not to react to any distractions. I can peacefully and confidently take my dog everywhere now.

Sam has helped us and some other friends whom I referred to. My wife's parents have a dog that became extremely aggressive and territorial with lots of anxiety. Sam walked me through the process to improve the dogs behavior over zoom calls which was amazing. We learned how to manage his aggression and It's now a work in progress, but speaking with Sam was very worth it! Other trainers were not able to give us peace of mind like he has done.

Dave our cheeky little Staffie spent a short time boarding with Sami and we can’t thank him enough for the amazing work he did in such a short time!The pick up and drop offs were seamless, and the daily pictures and updates were great.Board and Train, this is the way forward, We will not be leaving the country again without Sami’s help!My struggle with Dave was the pulling on the lead, and as he is a strong dog I was finding it very difficult, Sami rectified this in such a short time and we will be continuing the training in the new year!

Our breeder recommend Same and we contacted him for help with a few issues we were having with our 10 month old Chihuahua that were starting to effect our daily routine. After the initial phone call we decided to book an in-person session with Sam and it was totally worth it. Sam talked us through patiently why we were seeing this behaviour and from the beginning he was able to explain and give us the tools and guidance to help us.It took some time and practice but after a couple of sessions with Sam we started to see some results. Sam really knows his stuff and always were on hand with advice and reliable answers to our questions. We know that it is still a work in progress but using and understanding the right methods has given us the confidence we need to make sure we’re doing the right thing.

Sami is very knowledgeable with dogs and took a good care of Vader. Vader really liked going on walks and play with him and was learning good behaviors at the same time. Sami is very punctual and arranging schedules.

Sami, Thank you so much for your invaluable help and support with our dog Dingo. Just over a year ago I rescued pup from abroad. He was 4 months when he arrived. He was so fun and sweet, but had few issues with dog reactivity and frustration. And we really needed someone to help us guide him. Then we found Sami...His amazing skills and patience helped us tremendously. He was able to teach us how to help Dingo and how important training is for dogs. His knowledge on how to train dogs is amazing. He is also very knowledgeable on dog behavior. And he was able to help us with Dingo's issues. Particularly with separation anxiety. I highly recommend Sami.

Sam is a very friendly and professional dog trainer. He has a really calm nature which was fantastic around our nervous Shiba puppy. He gave us lots of great advice/tips also, and is always a phone call/message away if we need any extra advice. We will definitely use Sam again for more training if needed. I highly recommend him.

Sami helped us a lot with our young puppy by navigating complex issues we struggled to understand just from online. Every dog is different so a tailored response really helps. He helped us with the dog heeling , how to stop biting and managing moods. He’s friendly, knowledgable and professional. I definitely recommend!

What an incredible dog trainer. I got my little pup Ozzy (a Boston terrier) when he was just 8 weeks old and the first 3 weeks were much harder than I anticipated and with so many different training approaches online I was beyond confused on the best way to train this little energetic and extremely nippy pup. Then I was introduced to Sami and wow what a game changer it has been with his puppy development programme.Through Sami’s approach of using positive reinforcement and kindness Ozzy is desensitised to touch, before I could barely stroke him without getting a nip and now he loves his belly rubs. Socialisation was a big one and Sami made everything easier from socialising with other dogs, people, going on the bus or train, busy streets and so much more Sami made it all possible with Ozzy. Sami’s approach totally changed my perspective and understanding on how to train Ozzy for the BETTER for sure! He has a genuine care for dogs, and he was beyond amazing with Ozzy and with everything he taught me - Ozzy is developing wonderfully.Summary: Sami is an incredible dog trainer!!!
