I had tapping therapy and it was the best type of therapy I have had. It helped me get on an 8.5hour flight and I used the techniques before the flight and I felt the most relaxed on a flight I’ve ever felt. It has helped me with my general anxiety. It’s a brilliant type of therapy and Pete is amazing, he listens to what you need and helps you fulfil your potential. Highly recommend

Tapping sessions with Pete helped me find an inner strength during chemo and surgery for breast cancer. I recently practiced the technique of tapping with Peter McCreanor, as a result of anxiety and depression triggered by menopause and a generally difficult time in my life. The sessions were extremely beneficial and Peter not only helped me to see my situation from a different perspective, but taught me how to deal with my troubles on a day-to-day basis. He played a significant part in helping me to regain my sense of self-worth, and I regularly practice what he taught me.
