As always, the team at Headlines dealt brilliantly and sensitively with my haircut‐reluctant 8 year old. She now looks far less Rapunzel and far more rock chic. She's thrilled, and so is our hairbrush.The ladies were also extremely accommodating and forgiving when it came to my 11 year old's failure to make it to 2 booked appointments, due to issues with the school bus. Thank you.Thank you also for my new 'do'; it amazes me that you take my muddled ideas and arm‐waving and manage to interpret them so well.
