This is the best care rental one can have. I am a loyal customer of virtuo and absolutely love everything about it. Amazing car fleet, fantabulous customer service, sparkling clean cars, easy to manage on app, super competitive prices. Never ever have we rented cars from any other providers after we started with virtuo about 3 years back. We now look for holiday destinations where we can hire a virtuo. Easy, fairly priced and great fleet of cars to choose from. Only thing that took a bit of getting used to was the entry key/ app system but simple enough after the first couple of go's.

Poor service taken out 2 cars without issue then suddenly account refused when trying to book no further emails sent numerous emails and has been weeks avoid very poor customer service

Easy to book and competitive pricing. However I was given a not so clean car, a GLB, and it had a faulty windscreen washer. The support staff were polite but not very helpful.

I was looking for an automatic gear car to hire for a week trip to Bath and Cornwall. I had a look at many competitors and everything was around the £600 mark. I then came across Virtuo which was considerably cheaper. From the moment I considered a Virtuo to the point of return it was smooth sailing. Excellent customer service before booking to ease my nerves. Amazing customer service on the day of getting the vehicle. The vehicle itself, brand new Merc and super clean. I had the most wonderful trip during this rental. The ease of access to the car via the app was fantastic. Thank you!

Always try to hire from Virtuo if possible. It’s far quicker to collect the car, and you know what car you’re getting. Free cancellation and free extra drivers. As long as price isn’t too much more than the usual car hire places then I’ll always go here. If you need 24hr hire, Virtuo beats everything on price. The app is super easy to use, really enjoy using it.
