I bought a transit camper van 2 weeks ago from Deepcar. After seeing the camper pop up on autotrader I emailed to go and have a look. They called me back and I arranged to go look straight away. They told me to it was still awaiting prep for sale as they had just received it. I was met by Adam who talked me through his plans and I went for a test drive. I agreed to pay a deposit. A week later I went to pick it up and couldn't believe it. The work they had put in was amazing. Even to the point they had replaced the Ford badges and the radio aerial as they were faded. It came with a full 12 months mot as promised and even had a habitation check done. Even though this size of van doesn't require one. Great service and a mention to Adam. I even tried to give him a few quid as a thank you. He declined and said a good review is enough. Fantastic.

DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS like I stupidly did. Bought a Daihatsu Terios in good faith in February 2023 with 12 months MOT. Taken it for a full service in July 2023 locally and been told now by two independent garages that it needs so much welding underneath there is no way the massive holes in the chassis and wheel arches could have appeared in the five months of my ownership with just local town driving, so how it got through that MOT, with not even an advisory note is anyone's guess. Other things wrong too, including a bodged together exhaust system. This business uses VICTORIA MOTORS STOCKSBRIDGE LTD for its MOT Certificates, you have been warned!!

Great car at a good price. I recently purchased a car February 2023. As a driving instructor I need a garage I can trust. Thanks Emil for ticking all the boxes. I couldn't wish for better service getting me on the road asap. Thanks for letting me take the car and bring it back for the body work and valeting done at a later date. Adam is excellent. As I travelled up from Berkshire, Emil made sure there was a full tank of petrol in the car to get me home and even ran around like a loon to make sure the car got MOT'd that morning to make sure I didn't have to make a return trip. Emil was a pleasure to deal with. Initially, he patiently answered my questions over the phone and then arranged a WhatsApp video call showing us around what would become our new car. His customer service was excellent in advance of collecting the car and, on that day, it was beautifully presented. We'd travelled a long way to collect it and were free to check it out at our leisure and test drive it before making payment and doing the admin - there was no sense of pressure or awkwardness! We're at a very early stage of ownership, but initial indications are that the car is in excellent condition and is set to serve us well for many years. I really appreciated Emil's straightforward and responsive approach and would not hesitate to recommend he and the Deepcar Motor Company to others.

My son bought a car from Deepcar motors. I went with him to watch over the deal. What a brilliant experience. Firstly, the car was absolutely fantastic, it looked new. No pressure, no standing over us. We were given the keys and a full tank of fuel and told to take our time. He's absolutely chuffed with the car. Id fully recommend Deepcar motors, honest, quality car.

From start to finish, (beginning with an email) Emil and his staff were very professional and honest. The vehicle I decided to buy, when seen, was exactly how described by Emil on the phone. I had travelled from Shropshire to collect the car and was very very pleased with the service and the car. i'm a very happy buyer. Highly recommended by me, a great company to deal with and excellent condition vehicles. Thank youAfter nearly 3 months of ownership, I noted that the windows inside the car were misting. After checking the inside of the car, I found that the passengers foot well was soaked by water ingress. I spoke with Emil at Deepcar Motors, who immediately told me to find a good garage and get it inspected. The problem was found to be the drain pipe in the sunroof. It was fixed, and the bill came to £313.03. I informed Emil, sent the receipt, and was reimbursed immediately. What more can you expect. Emil is as good as his word and a very, very fair, and honest man.

Still enjoying driving the V60 after 6 weeks. When I collected the car I was warned that the battery needed a bit of a charge. After a few days it became clear that there was an issue with the battery and it may need to be replaced. .As soon as I contacted the garage about the fault, there was no quibble about replacing the battery which they have done. Finding an honest car dealer is the biggest stress about buying a second hand car, so this is quite an encouraging sign.

Traveled all the way down from the Shetland isles to collect a stunning Rav4, excellent service from start to finish, Emil and his staff were great, very helpful on collection day, unfortunately after getting it back to shetland a week later, the battery died, I phoned Deepcar about it and it was replaced no questions asked, thats service for you, would highly recommend. A pleasure to do buisness with.
