Bit hit and miss. Recently spent around £70 on coils and liquids based on advice they'd given in-store before moving abroad and within 2 weeks all coils are burnt - either given the wrong coils or wrong liquid but either way a waste of money...

Great service from Jander ! I’ve been a regular to this shop for the past year and the service from the employees is always great. Had an issue with my vape that was resolved as quickly as possible. Great outcome and a testament to their customer service. Will be back!

Went in today, as want to cut out smoking an start vaping again. Helpful guy behind counter. Uses same mod I was looking at buying. Told me bit about it and what not. Walked away with what I wanted an some oils, Cheers buddy

Aaron is usually the lad who sorts me out with any products or advice i need. He definitely knows his stuff, and it's not like most eliquid stores where they'll just sell you anything. They take the care and time to find a product suited too you! Another bonus their range is absolutely amazing and always stocked up to the hilt.

Holy smoke I miss living closer to this place. Nice, friendly staff who always know what they're talking about it. Will be making more of an effort to swing by when I want a break from mixing my own juice.

Just left here empty handed, intended on buying some new coils however the new till assistant/ civil plant engineeril for Marshall's" as he states offended that much I had to leave
