I can’t recommend Andy highly enough. He is a friendly, knowledgeable and reliable man who certainly gives value for money. We had a squirrel problem in the loft which he quickly sorted out, caught the squirrel and unasked sourced the point of access on the roof and plugged the gap. We would use him again without question.

Amazing service from Andy. I spotted a rat scurrying behind my washer late at night, contacted him the next morning and he arrived within 2 hours and spotted the problem (a hole in the exterior kitchen brickwork allowing the rat access) within 30 seconds of being on the property. He didn’t charge me a call out fee which was very decent of him. Clearly a very knowledgable person and I’d definitely recommend. Thanks, Andy!

Rang Andy after a failed diy job after discovering a wasps nest in the eaves of my mother in law’s bungalow my advice is forget trying to do it yourself and get Andy in to do it ! Excellent service from Andy, highly recommended him. After hearing and seeing evidence of rats in the loft Andy came quickly to have a look . He made a couple of visits and was very thorough investigating to see where the source was that they were getting in, he is very knowledgeable. Really pleased with the result and big thanks for helping us get to the bottom of the problem.

Andy is a nice bloke and I would highly recommend his services. He sorted out a large Wasp nest for me very quickly and efficiently and at a reasonable cost. Leave it to the expert to sort out your problem, he really knows his stuff and I wouldn’t hesitate in getting him in again if needed and will recommend him to anyone who need his expert help.

Since then he's come back a few times for a variety of issues and each time the situation is dealt with brilliantly. We realised earlier today we hadn't written a review yet and we should! Fantastic service!!I called Andy following the reviews i’d read as I needed investigation into a nasty smell seemingly coming from behind kitchen units. Andy came to see me within 24 hours of my call even though I was a new customer to him, he was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and thorough in resolving the problem. I cannot praise his attitude and customer service highly enough and would recommend with no hesitation whatsoever.
