Scrubs car wash

Fantastic job by the guys. My car was left spotlessly clean after a visit. The guys are quite efficient, courteous and helpful.

Took my car to get it cleaned for wash and dry. The wind dried it before they got to it. Workers was rude did not clean my car and told me I have mental problems. Worst car wash in Birmingham he refereed me to hightcate car wash which is one of the best in Birmingham. He told please don’t come back here. Amazing business skills. Overpriced and can’t speak English for communication

Went to clean my car today came back more dirty than it was. The guy vacuuming told me that he charges more for taking empty waters bottles out my car when I was paying for mini vallet. They charged me full money. had to re clean my car at another car wash was not happy with standard.There have no uniform can’t tell who’s the manger every worker claims he don’t know the manger. Waste of time please avoid warned all family and friend. Bad for business.

Poor service overall. As soon as you arrive you’re not spoken to they just proceed with wash. The man washing the car said it was £15 but the man drying and hoovering said £20. I’ve spoken to others that have been here and the prices are very varied depending on who you are. Car was still dusty on the inside and boot was not cleaned either .

Worst car wash in birmingham. Main washer kept winking at my 12 year old daughter, they stole about 16pound coins out of my dash, overcharged me and didn't do the extra jobs i'd paid for.Don't use these, go ANYWHERE else!

Safe iraqi brother but disappointed, wanted full valet, don't care hw much I pay. Said to come morning as they closing in 2hrs. But said do a mini 1 for 40. I said fine. Come next day I see no changes and dog hair still their!! Never going back

I went to get my car washed today. They don’t take card so I went all the home to get cash. Made my way back. Had my car washed & dried. I paid £10 & this was the result once I got home. Absolutely appalling. It was as if it didn’t get washed. I won’t be visiting again.

Truly awful clean, had to try to explain that they never scrubbed the front of the car, guy couldn't understand, who diverted to other worker, who also didn't understand English or couldn't be bothered, jet washed it a bit and then wanted payment. Car was still dirty and it showed when dry. Would definitely not use again.

I went today to get my car washed they said £15 as it wasnt a 4x4 and thats also the inside, the first bit was washed fine then i parked to get the inside done and already i was annoyed one of the guys broke my seat part to move the seat forward and back i fixed it myself luckily and then at the end i gave one of them the £20 he never gave me change so i waited to see if he gives me any. I then had to ask for the air freshener rather then him giving me one as it clearly says you receive one in the price and finally at the end still no change back he said all done i said brother my £5 change his excuse was brother this car was too dusty. I said its £15 for cars and £20 for 4x4 for a reason it doesnt say will charge you for extra dust in the car he said sorry because he knew i caught him out never going here again yes they did a good job but trying to con somone like that just doesnt work. Be careful when going here guys.

Very busy place as established, still good prices considering others charge £2-3 more for the same size car, nice thick pink foam and decent over all clean. I would use again when less busy, I hate waiting and blocking traffic.
