Very impressed with this company. They were very professional throughout. Attended to my emergency leak on my driveway at their earliest opportunity (3 days). Traced, accessed and fixed the leak without issue. Explained everything to me clearly. Tidied everything away at the end. Karl and his co-worker were very friendly and easy to get on with. Communication was excellent and very responsive to messages. They provided a report and certificate promptly. I really cannot fault this company at all and will certainly use them again. I've already asked for a quote for another plumbing job!

Severn Trent informed me that I had a burst underground pipe which needed to be repaired as soon as possible. I struggled to find someone that could do the job (and be able to start as soon as possible) Karlresponded straight away. And from the very start kept me informed EVERY step of the way.The job was completed within hours, Karl showed me the damaged pipe and what the problem was. He also sent me photos of the work, because the work was underground it was reassuring to have this proof for Severn Trent should it be requested, along with the photos Karl also sent me a Watermark Certificate to confirm his repairs were carried out by an approved contractor.The notification of the burst pipe was stressful (& worrying) but Karl’s quick response, professionalism & being true to his word changed everything! Karl did a fantastic job of the plumbing installations throughout my house renovation. Everything was stripped out with new boiler, piping and radiators fitted. The most amazing part was the installation of the underfloor heating throughout the ground floor (I think there might even be a time-lapse video of the installation somewhere...). Karl takes you through the project at every stage and is really helpful in recommending what is right for your property and how you will use it. A year in and his recommendations have been spot on. His work is meticulous and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him.

Would absolutely recommend...turned a fitted wardrobe in part of a double bedroom into a small shower room with toilet, radiator, sink and shower with enclosure. Built a stud wall, added a brand new door opening and door, repurposed the old wardrobe fixtures to create another wardrobe in the existing bedroom leaving two fab rooms out of one, completed to a very high standard. Great finish, reasonable rates, nothing was too much trouble, thought about everything and gave me options at every stage. Plus super clean and very reliable. Couldn't be happier. Thanks guys :)

We used Principle Energy Solutions to replace the lead pipes in our house. From my first phone conversation with Karl, he took his time to explain everything in detail and I always felt comfortable to ask anything I was unsure of. I contacted a few contractors but was instantly impressed by the speedy, professional and friendly response I received from Karl.Karl and his team were professional, efficient and friendly throughout, from the quotation and inspection process to the installation. They explained everything in detail regarding the installation and the best, and most cost efficient, way to complete the job. They were also very helpful and reassuring about what I needed to do regarding Severn Trent Water.They arrived on time to carry out the first part of the installation and worked without stopping for a break to complete the job. I was super impressed with the care and quality of the work they did AND how they took great care to keep everywhere tidy!! Finding out that my water supply contained almost double safe levels of lead readings after a random check by Severn Trent and not wanting to waste 10 minutes flushing out every morning as suggested by Severn Trent, I felt compelled to register on the Lead Replacement Scheme and was issued with a list of Watersafe companies. Although I had other companies out to quote for the work, it was obvious straight away when Karl called round to assess the work involved that he was confident that the old lead water pipes outside my Victorian cottage could be capped off and a new installation put in. The whole job seemed quite daunting but Karl assured me that his company had done similar jobs successfully. The work was carried out in a professional, punctual and polite manner. Thank you Karl - my worries are over!
