Worst service I have experienced. My package is in purgatory and seems no way I can even get at it.They didn't attempt for deliver as my address is insufficient" (it's been perfectly fine for 100's of other parcels and letters). There's seemingly no way to adjust it online

Rubbish service.. no delivery card was left (despite tracker saying one was)..no notification of revised delivery arrangements… no contact made when second delivery was attempted and failed.. delivery today as arranged not done and no communication or update on the tracker.. I have no idea if the package will ever be delivered by DX.. useless

Beyond Useless.Letter didn't turn up. Rescheduled, didn't turn up the next day either. I phoned customer services which is just an automated service that asks you for your tracking number which is on your 'calling card'... well the driver DID NOT TURN UP and DID NOT LEAVE A CALLING CARD!Luckily I was able to redirect to a friend's address in Essex where they appear to be slightly less useless.Avoid. I would rather use royal mail and that's saying something.

Delivery missed as they don't allow you to comment on where to leave the delivery. I then emailed them the day before but no one did anything so have to now wait another day.Update - I emailed you as requested and havnt had a reply. I then had the delivery resent to my work address for today and just got an email saying failed delivery... no one turned up. Sound like you care on the review page but don't follow up and sort the issue behind the scenes.

They said that they would deliver around 0700-0900. DID NOT receive anything. Was on hold for their customer service for 20 minutes. Then when I checked the tracking it now says standard delivery whole day. Then why even send an email that it would be here at 0700-0900?! Couldn't track my package and now supposed to stay in the house the whole day. Can't even do anything else. ABHORRENT SERVICE. DO NOT USE.

The worst experience ever I had with any delivery company. My parcel was supposed to be delivered on Thursday, however I wasn’t at home and I booked redelivery for Friday. Tracking wasn’t updated at all, parcel wasn’t delivered on Friday, I contacted with the company they rebooked delivery for today (16.09.2023), tracking still wasn’t updated. I spent half day today trying to find out where my parcel is and they informed me that they sent it back to the sender. It’s totally unbelievable! Why you have an option for redelivery when you just sending parcels back to the sender straight away?! Avoid this company at all as it’s a completely joke!!!!

Probably the worst delivery service in the UK. They provide a delivery window of a whole day so you have to stay at home. They don't allow for safe place drop-off so the only alternative is to schedule for another day. It takes 90 minutes to get to a customer service agent who then gives you incorrect info. And the driver turns up sweating and stressed out right at the end of the day. I don't know why any businesses use DX and I try to avoid doing business with any that do

Claimed that we were out, rebooked for next day, left a note at a different address. Had to go and pick it up and nobody apologises.DX used to be efficient, not any more.

the worst company I have dealt with if I could give it zero stars I would but I don't have the option , I waited for my item for almost two weeks and every day the delivery was postponed even to the last time the driver forgot my ParcelEvery day he made me a booking for the second day and apparently the item didn't arrive I took off work to wait for it and nothing it's truly the worst company I've had to deal with if you are a seller I advise you to avoid this company The worst company in the UK !!!!!!!

Ordered something on eBay and seller sent the item via DX Express. The item never came but said it had been delivered. Tried to phone them and am automated recording told me to use the online chat on the website. So I did and they said it had been delivered and left the chat!! It may of been delivered but not to my address!! Will not be using again.
