Five star service from beginning to end. Really helpful in choosing new doors which were ready for fitting within four weeks. Quality products made locally and fitted by craftsmen..... on the coldest day of the year with snow falling. Despite this, they were on time, cheerful and thorough - and cleared up thoroughly after the job was completed. Really impressed and would highly recommend to others. In fact friends visited today and were so impressed they are going to order some as well!

In a word awful. After sales service non existent. They are Rude, unhelpful and they lie. Their windows are not great either. Would never use again.

I submitted an accurate template for a single piece of glass. When I went to collect it the template had been discarded so I was not able to determine if the piece had been cut properly. After I had carried it home about one mile, I discovered that it was too long by nearly 2; totally unworkable. I took it back for a recut and the man who had done the work was very gruff

Worst ever service. Rude and completely unable to manage time. Was told they would arrive at 8am - when no one came, I called and they had no idea of the appointment. When I pressed them, they hung up. AVOID this shoddy company.

We have been using Clapton Glass & Joinery for years now and having moved again they have just installed new aluminium windows and sliding doors which we couldn't be happier with.The service provided is always professional, helpful and the works are carried out efficiently.Thank you again we would definitely recommend this company as we have done on many occasions.

Tony saved the day!Had a drinks trolly I was up-cycling for a birthday present which needed new glass.Having only just opened after lock down (in May) he was backed up with orders and went out of his way/offered a temporary piece at no cost to me (as super tough had a long lead time) so I had complete present to give on the day!Highly recommend.

I have just called to speak to Clapton Glass regarding their installation of our aluminium doors in 2013. I was accused of 'interrogating them' when I inquired about the fabrication of our door and hung up on. After service care does not seem to be their strong point.

Completely unreliable and wasted my time. I had them schedule to repair a window. The glazer called to push back the appointment a day later, which luckily wasn't a problem, but then on the new appointment date the company were a total no show.When I called the head office the receptionist/worker didn't even know the details of my appointment. They are local to me and I would have liked to have gone to a neighbourhood business but going to a franchise chain was easiest and more reliable in the end.
