Had an issue with our lock on our Upvc door and called Alan at Orlock to come and have a look. He fixed the issue promptly and professionally and has given us great peace of mind that our door won't get stuck anymore. Can't recommend highly enough, will definitely use Orlock again. Thank you!

My enquiry re. jammed door lock was answered promptly and Alan arranged a time to come out. Good communication. Replaced broken lock and completed the job well. He clearly knew what he was doing! Can recommend.

Phoned on Sunday after being unable to lock our back door and Alan came out 15 minutes later. He secured the door for us and had to order the part to fix it. He came back out once he had received the part not even 48 hours later and fixed the door. Came across another issue with the door and also sorted this for us. Great service and well priced. Would highly recommend and would use again. Thanks again!
