Very poor Preston store visited today no staff available Stood st payment zone no one on till. Lady came after five minutes no apology and very rude will no longer shop here..

Lots of home & garden items at great prices. They have some well known brands & a really wide selection of items & designs/colours for the home.. Some items were half price for the garden so definitely worth a visit if giving your home a make over for spring.

Had a meeting in Preston today and was a little early for my train. Ended up in TJ Hughes (and probably bought more than my wife will appreciate) but wanted to say thanks to TJ Hughes and your young lad down at the bottom (Christopher). Very helpful, exceptionally friendly and polite. Great customer service.

Really enjoyed browsing around TJ’s once again.. bought a few things at reasonable prices ..which you would expect from such a great store. I can remember going there with my Mum back in the day.

Good shop. I was looking for a suitcaseRange was clearly displayed and priced and no sales staff interrupted my looking and thinking. When I made my choice the cash counter dealt with it smoothly and efficiently. Price was competitive and a choice of goods to select from.
