Excellent service and always on hand when a problem arises! Nothing is too much trouble in and outside of normal hours. Thameside Fire have been contracted for the past 10 years and I have not yet had any issues that they could not resolve in a safe and timely manner!

Great firm covering our two schools fire protection needs for almost two years now. We have always experienced great customer service from all the team in the offices. We now have all our alarms, sprinklers, doors and extinguishers covered with highly professional engineers who are always happy to help us with any technical advice.

Terrible service and they invoiced me for thing they event couldn’t do. I would not recommend it at all. Also expect huge call out fees whitout anyone letting you know in advance.
