ACD Skip Hire

I have recently had 3 skips off ACD skips. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Delivery and collection was hassle free, reliable, affordable and overall a superb service. Highly recommend and will definitely be hiring from them in the future.

I've ordered a mini skip from them previously, which they have delivered on the date and time which was discussed. The reasons why I only gave 2 stars, is because the man who answers the phone seems to be a little abrupt and rude. I think he needs to be mindful on what he is saying and be careful they don't lose custom, because of lack of manners.

They have put a skip on private land at the rear of our house. Whomever ordered the skip does not own the car space the skip has been dumped on. Pretty sure they are not allowed to put skips on private land not belonging to the customer.Its been there for about 6 weeks now, overflowing with rubbish which is now scattered all over the car park. Complete eyesore and basically fly tipped. Rang them up and they couldn't care less. Cowboys. Update-When they finally removed it months later they left litter scattered all over the car park, the photo attached shows the state of the floor after months of it being left there, and litter strewn everywhere. DO NOT USE THESE COMPLETE INCOMPETENT IDIOTS!

I always use ACD for my skips. Their costs are competitive, they always deliver when they say they will and the drivers are always friendly. Can't fault them.

Terrible customer service asked a few times to pick up the skip over two weeks and then the driver broke our pillar to which the man on the phone fobbed us off for many weeks

I’ve rung three times to ask you to take away my skip. The second time I asked my autistic son to speak and you put the phone down. Please remember, we are ALL human beings with feelings and struggling through covid like everyone else. Oh yes and please remove my skip. 7/4/2021

Had a recent delivery which was punctual. The driver was extremelyhelpful and made the job easier for me. Thank you. Will definitely be usingyou again.

Rang up to say that skip doesn't have drainage holes and has 2 inches of water in it.Grump guy tells me to drill a hole in the skip to let the water out. Couldn't believe it. Didn't he realise that I'm a customer?I don't have a drill bit big enough to make a difference anyway.It's their problem if the skip is too heavy when they take it away.
