This time last year I was up to speed with my training and raring to go for the London to Brighton cycle run. I was then asked if I wouldn't mind postponing for a year as they were only allowed a limited amount of participants due to Covid. I reluctantly volunteered. Fast forward a year and I haven't been able to train nowhere near enough due to life getting in the way as it does. So I asked if I could postpone for another year only to be flatly refused. I've raised over a thousand pounds for children's cancer and they won't allow this simple request. I'm very disappointed

Never had worst experience. Firstly booked skydiving for wife's birthday. all confirmed with them, however the place replied they have not space. i contacted skyline and they said, I booked too late. I asked them to book another one. Done, this time confirmed with skyline. Again, the main venue refused as they have no space. And the cherry on the cake - booked third one, I even sent them an email to make sure it's confirmed. Arrived at the venue and I wasn't on the list. 2 hours driving one way.This company should not exist. They refused to refund the money because it's in terms and conditions... complete rubbish.
