Generally good. Had a few issues with the car but quickly put right to be fair. Went out of their way to do so. Definitely recommend warranty but would with any second hand dealer. Had a bit of resistance when I reported an issue but they called back and soon got things right. I'd give them 8/10 for professionalism. If ya car comes with an empty tank, make them aware ASAP because apparently they'll see to that right away. I didn't

**STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE FOR YOUR OWN SANITY AND POCKET THIS IS A LONG READ BUT IF I CAN HELP AND STOP ANYONE DOING THE SAME MISTAKE TAKE THE TIME TO READ*** I wish i had of listened to the many bad reviews instead if giving this place the benefit of the doubt. 27th April i purchased my dream car that iv wanted for years a Discovery Sport. I put in my only savings i had left on the deposit to bring the finance down. I paid £300 delivery and was told it would come on a low loader as i live 190 miles away and so it would not effect my milage ect. When the car arrived i was over the moon it looked amazing few minor marks on it which hadnt been shown in photos ect but i let that pass. The next day i got 18 miles into my journey and the restricted performance light came on. However when i got back in the car later on the light had gone of so again i gave the benefit of the doubt, 5 days later the light was back on and car in limp mode AGAIN i immediatly emailed the garage. At first i couldnt fault their attitude very helpfull and appolagetic arranged for someone to collect the car to return to their garage to fix (they wouldnt send it to a local garage near me because of cost!)and leave a hire car for me, however the hire car breaks where gone and the 2 front tyres bald i did ring to notify this to one of the girls in the office about my concerns driving the vehicle like this with 3 small children but was told it will be fine and to use it even with a police officer friend of mine stating it was not road legal…… On the return of the Discovery just over 3 weeks later the car appeared to be fixed. Just over a month later and more issues occur with the car again in limp mode, and dpf light saying its blocked. As you can imagine when you live in the middle of the country and rely on a car for work and to take kids to school/emergencies this is a serious issue and i again rang Jazz who this time after me getting angry on the phone with him he got very very rude and could not care less, told me to take it to a local garge to be diagnosed and fixed however when the local garage told them it would cost over £2000 they swiftly changed their minds and told us it had to go back.! So on restricted performance they came to DRIVE my car all the way back to the garage and even though i voiced my concerns abput what if this ruins my engine and does more harm than good and if this happened would they fix it i was replied by “i cant answer that” i got told sarcasticaly i could return the car and have my money back however when i rang them back to say i wanted a refund i was greeted by a very rude man on the phone who very agresivly told me if that was the case they wanted the car back their to go over and they would make financial deductions for all the milage used on the vehicle since having it even though they clocked 570 miles bu driving it 3 times back to them, i told him i would go to the local news paper and trading standards and was told “fine go ahead”.!!! Car went back for 2 weeks and arrived back only 5 days ago and suprise suprise the restricted performance is on AGAIN myself and my partner have txd and tried to call Jazz however knowone has answered us yet.! Im mentaly at my wits end with worry from all this not only as this car is NOT Getting sorted every time it goes back but with the financial worry of possibly need to get another car. My partner and i have decided we will have to take legal action now as nothing seems to be getting done and know one seems to care either…….. Im a very honest person and all i ask is people treat me the same unfortunatly this has not been the case. UPDATE my local garaage have advised car is not fit to drive. I am STILL battling to sort the issue will be seeking legal advise now regarding court…

Bought a 2010 Volvo XC90. I did the deal remotely and the car was duly delivered to my home in Hampshire. 3 faults were present when the car was delivered. Not a problem. These things happen. I had the car diagnosed locally at my own expense. They won't let me get the work done locally because they want to fix it cheaply with used parts. The car was collected and a courtesy car left. So far so good. The car left me clean and with a full tank of fuel. It was returned some weeks later, dirty and barely a quarter of a tank. One fault had been resolved but two were still there. The one fault they managed to fix later failed again. So. Several weeks, £150 for fuel and diagnostics and we're no further forward. Since then (5 months ago) they've repeatedly promised to collect the car again but never do. I phone, I email but nothing. I'm guessing they are running down the clock to 6 months so I can't return the car. I'll get the car repaired locally and see what I can recover through the small claims court. Painful and disappointing. Like most of us, I don't have the time or energy to pursue it any other way. I get the impression that they know this.

First class service and exceptional car.Recently purchased a Mercedes c220 of this company, dealt with Thom who made it all hasty free. I have not bought a second hand car for a long, long time and it always a big risk, but I needn’t have worried. The car is fantastic and after a couple of weeks and a long trip out she hasn’t missed a beat, lovely car and a pleasure to drive.Thanks to Thom and the Beehive team.

Great experience. Was apprehensive about buying and paying for car before seeing it but transaction was excellent. Car delivered FOC and when they said it would arrive it did. Puncture repair kit was missing and they ordered it within a day and had it delivered to me. All in all, would use again and really pleased with car.

Bought a Mercedes e220. Immaculate condition. As brand new from show room. Polite staff and easy to find. The reason for the 3 stars as it said on the advertisement it had satnav included with car but when I got it home and tried the satnav it didn’t work and never had a medium installed which enables the satnav. Which is false advertisement. Other than this miss leading advertisement. I was overall happy with my purchase

I've had it a week and have had no issues at all.
