RMC, staff work acc. To their schedule not as per the need and emergency of the client. They put the client in state of risk. They just try to b good in the feed backs of the client. Shows working on superficial level .

Some people are really helpful others do not even know what they are doing there....one of my acquaintances was sent miles away to get a few papers, she (Old Lady) went all the way and came back to know they had just made a mistake and could be done in a minute through internet....

Very rude speak when answer phone, and don't give no one answer for what asked, so what can help this center??? And not first time get this, some time just ignored after first meeting, just say i helping, sending me email, but after never not replied,.Im think is this center Just joking for people, nothing more

First experience i had with them was excellent but the second one I had today is annoying. The adviser I spoke with seems inept while trying to show off that he knows alot. At the end of the day he doesn't even have any help to offer and redirected me to Migrant help. I think he needs more training. The lady I met at first was spot on and asked other colleagues when she hasn't got much information on any question you ask..

The Refugee and Migrant Centre
Very welcoming and supportive staff who make you feel truly valued and committed to help everyone. However I went to get some help last week on Thursday, I met a Chinese lady at the reception, she was so aggressive and her words were very angry. And she told me that the RMC on break when the time was 12:45pm. I think she needs more training to learn how should treat people with a good manner.
