Elite Garages Canterbury

Really dissapointed in the service i have recieved here, would not recommend.I went in for 2 tyres to be replaced, left needing a new tpms module, tyre valve including my newly refurbished alloy damaged which they apparrenty can't do anything about despite them clearly hitting the alloy to remove the valve they have damaged..When discussed with Paul the manager about the tpms that they had damaged. He agreed to replace it which was fair but when i recieved the sensor it was missing the valve that they had also damaged, so i have attempted to call them to discuss that it is missing a crucial part. I have been met with nothing but unprofessionalism as he is declining my calls and too busy to talk.I have paid £800+, feel like im dealing with cowboys.Update: had my front wheels checked elsewhere to be sure they were carried out correctly, found both wheels incorrectly balanced and my backing plates behind my disc's bent out of shape from them removing the wheels.

Had two tyres fitted here a few weeks ago and have taken my car to be MoT'd elsewhere only to find that one of the tyres was fitted incorrectly. I have had to pay for the refitting and have not had any response from Elite about reimbursing the cost of the bad fitting. If they cant change two tyres safely, I'm left wondering what else they might be doing unsafely. Best avoided.

Had an MOT carried out here that was booked online. Simple website booking process and everything went smoothly. Not a lot of space to park up outside but dropped the car off and was told to come back in an hour. No surprises and everything was done as expected. No attempt to up-sell any additional services or try to suggest things on the car needed replacing, which is what you often get at garages that don't charge the full MOT amount, so I'd go here again to get my MOT done.

We normally use Qwikfit, however their branch only hundred meters away despite contracted to us said they could only help 8 hours after l arrived. Then l noticed Elite just down the road, only to arrive at Elite and l received a perfect service immediately despite their busy schedule. I couldn’t commend them more.

Elite Garages Canterbury is a shining example of everything a garage should be, polite and helpful staff, reasonable rates with a professional service. Very impressed.

Used to use Elite for all my cars but service here is terrible now. Not sure if the guy on the reception is incompetent or just plain rude. Possibly both.My last 3 visits to Elite have all been terrible. I am happy to accept that things go wrong from time to time but 3 times is unacceptable.From replacement of items that were not at fault, to refusing to service my vehicle as the oil was too expensive (only informing me on the day I arrived, having taken the day off work, with no attempt made to contact me before) and now to bringing my daughters car back for a re-mot and repair to the anti roll bar linkage only to find they had no record of the booking. Re-MOT was completed however the receptionist was rude and unhelpful on each occasion.Will not be bringing any of my cars here again and will be advising friends and family to do likewise.

I had my cars MOT done with this garage on Monday. They sent me a reminder before so I wouldn’t miss booking the MOT.They are always polite, happy and welcoming when I arrive at the garage. The MOT was completed quickly, at a reasonable cost and paperwork handed over professionally with a receipt also emailed to me.I always get my MOT here and I recommend this garage.

Elite garages serviced both my wife's Mercedes and mine renewed my brakes and fixed my wife's Air conditioning when other garages said it would cost hundreds thet fixed it for £100.Peter on reception was very professional and courteous and couldn't do enough for us, all my families vehicles will be using elite. service and realistic prices.

Peter and the team at the Canterbury branch were absolutely first class. Helpful, informative, and very obliging. Very professional throughout and a first class job. Indeed, they went the extra mile to help me with a particular problem I was having. I could not be more impressed

Good garage, always busy which is a good sign. Had several bits of work done here, MOT, Servicing, Tyres, etc... Its a shame the bluelight card discount is no longer in force, but I will still probably use them as my preferred local garage.
