We ordered the Vegan Sausage roll and the vegan Sausage cob (pre-package). The Sausage roll was nice with a filling of roasted vegetables which was a nice change from the fake meat options you can get but a filling of lentils is still a favourite for me. The Sausage cob was described as bland, boring, and was left unfinished (which is not normal behaviour). The chai latte was very nice and quite gentle and the cinnamon added a christmassy spirit. Couldn't fault the service, really polite and attentive.

Tasty food and drinks, but felt a tad expensive. Overall, solid experienceWent there for lunch and coffee, I find their espresso the best compared to other chains.The panini was very tasty and hot from the press. The Italian peach smoothie gorgeous and sweet.Covid restrictions are sensible and it felt fine to step into the shop.Will go again.

Located next to peace gardens Caffè Nero has a great area for sitting outside on a warm day. Only giving the chain four stars as there are plenty of independent shops that offer a wider selection of food and drinks. Nero has great customer service and is one of the better chains for coffee.

I think I had a bad coffee, not up to there usual standard, however I should have complained in store. Nero is still worth a visit. Better luck next time

Slow service and baristas were more interested in taking the next customers order than serving me. The seating area upstairs was not pleasant and the floor was dirty. Will not be going back here again.

The place could have done with a bit of a clean. There weren’t that many customers, yet there were crumbs on tables which needed a wipe. The staff weren’t very friendly either - it costs nothing to smile. The coffee and food was pretty ordinary, not worth the price that was charged.

this place has such slow service. i’ve had to walk out mid way through waiting in queue a few times now because it’s taking 10 mins plus to even be served. employ more staff cafe nero.
