Not happy with Gareth and very disepointed was happy with the quote upon arrival Gareth seemed happy with the everything he wanted to remove the electric cubourd so we arranged that for the next week he asked for extra fuel money which I agreed to and was also going to pay him more he phoned me asking if he should keep the key I gave him I said I would need it back he said he would come the next weekend so thinking he would be there let him hold the key till that time which he then messaged to say he child care issues I gave him. The benefit of the doubt but asked him to return the key incase he had the same problems the next week and we could arrange for sombody else as needed this job done for insurance purposes so he agreed to post the key back he said it was sent tracked I contacted gareath a few times when the key didn't arrive to ask why and for the tracking number he's never replied he's left me in a bad situation as its hard to get ahold of the tenant and to now get a replacement I explained all this to him so he knows the situation I'm left in this seems malicious for no reason it's been two weeks now still no key whatsoever maybe he will explain himself after this review
