I needed two windows repaired as the hinges had gone and I wasn’t able to close properly. The service from the start was efficient and professional. I received a response to my enquiry form with a quote and dates available for the repairs. Tom was great and fixed the issue in no time. The team are all friendly and professional. Rachael sent through the invoice promptly after the work was completed. I would definitely recommend and use this company again. Great service!

From enquiry to delivery, Point of View Glazing delivered on all fronts.Had both my front entrance door and windows replaced by point of view glazing. The fitters were very polite and professional and completed the job in a timely fashion. We work from home and there was minimal disruption to our schedules. I am a building surveyor and manage a lot of window replacement programmes, I wish I had them on my job! Quality was very good.POV Glazing are also very efficient and quick in terms of dealing with minor snags that come up in operation. Would recommend them to anyone.

I had my draughty old front door and side panel replaced with a composite door and new panel and couldn’t be happier with POV. It took me a while to get to exactly what I wanted, with a lot of help from POV, either by phone or messaging. I used the door planner online which was very easy then was sent pictures of what it would look like on my house. POV really kept me updated about the door and I felt valued by the company.The fitters were brilliant, with little disturbance to the existing decor and everything was cleaned and left like they hadn’t just done a major job!Initially I searched on social media for double glazing company recommendations and POV were mentioned frequently… and rightly so. I cannot speak highly enough of the workmanship, competitive prices and communication. What a great service.

Point of View Glazing Ltd was fantastic from the start. I was mainly dealing with Rachel who was fantastic, polite and professional. Rachel was to the point and was not the typical double glazing sales person. Rachel and her partner Tom owns the company. Once my wife and I decided on the door we wanted, Tom came round to carryout a Survey. Tom is also great. He knows his stuff and he gave me great advice. I am currently having renovations at my house and the door came just in time before the tilers installs the tiles throughout my house. The new door absolutely looks stunning I can’t stop admiring it. But the bonus was Tom, Jamie and Archie did a great job. They were approximately outside my house approximately 7:45am and immediately started the job installing the door. Fantastic workers very professional. They have done a fantastic job. I am glad I have found them and most of all we have a stunning front door that we are proud of thanks to Point of View Glazing Ltd.

We had an old original front door with glass side panels which needed replacing.We went onto Point of View Glazing’s on-line design guide to select our new door. It was very easy to use to select the type of door, colour, glazing and accessories that we wanted and Rachael was available on the phone should we need any help or advice. Once we had selected our door Tom arranged to visit and do a full site measure before ordering the door.When the door was ready the installation team of James and Archie arrived at the agreed time and Tom also arrived shortly after. They put down protection sheets and removed the old door, the new door was then expertly installed cleaned and polished and left finished to our complete satisfaction. All tools and materials were removed and everything left clean and tidy.We are very pleased with our new door and the whole process from start to finish was very easy. They provided a very professional design / installation service and a quality door and we would recommend them.

This company is an absolute find!! I had many companies come to look at what I wanted to do with my front door yet these guys put my mind at ease and the price was more than fair, I also added two windows to be changed.Rachel, Tom and their team are just amazing they constantly stayed in touch leading up to the works, they were punctual on the day and sent two really polite gents the works were undertaken and all waste removed they even adjusted another door for me that they were not here for that had drove me mad for months they fixed it in 5 minutes and didn’t even charge me for that one!The after care and customer service you receive from Point of View Glazing is 5* I’ve had a lot of work done on my house this year and by far these guys have stood out by a mile as the best I’ve worked with I cannot wait to save on and have them back to finish the rest of my windows!!!!!

I have been so happy with my front door and would highly recommend using this company. From the very beginning the process with fantastic. To the brilliant website which allows you to view the products and make your own personal adjustments. The service from the office is superb. Very professional and extremely helpful. The fitting also did notDisappoint. Truly professional fitters and after a long search , this company offer very competitive rates and top quality products. I have had my door fitted for a year now and it’s as good as the day it was fitted. Very reliable, honest and professional company.

I had a nightmare having a sofa delivered (too large to go through my front door) and needed to find a company who could assist.Rachael assured me that they could help (when other companies had been quite rude and declined to help).Tom arrived and was lovely and reassuring and removed the door (and frame!) so that the sofa could be delivered. He then came back later in the day to put the frame and door back and was so lovely and friendly.I would highly recommend this company if you should find yourself in a pickle, or if you need any work done.Thank you Rachael and Tom

POV Glazing are super easy to do business with (via WhatsApp) and the customer service level is very high. Im really pleased with my windows and door and happy that I chose POV to supply these. Will definitely be using them again for other parts of my house renovation.
